BACC Artve: Meet the Settlers

As some of you might know, I've wanted to start a new BACC for a while now. So I've done it! I'll mostly be playing like normal legacy, except that every household will be owning at least one business lot suiting for them. Some sims might be working on EA careers. I won't be having school building though but at the end of every household, they will be paying taxes etc just like in the normal BACC. But without further ado, meet the settlers
